How do I order a custom scrunchie?

Step 1: Find your seamless file / print
• IF YOU ARE SENDING A SEAMLESS FILE:
You must have an unwatermarked seamless file with the print you’d like for a custom scrunchie. These can be found by simply searching marketplaces such as Etsy. Be sure to save your file to your device - do NOT screenshot it!
• IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SEAMLESS FILE:
Please reach out with your print ideas and we will send you a few prints to choose from within 24 hours.

Step 2: Pick your size
Please order the size you want your custom scrunchie in. If there is more than one size/print in your order, please add them to your cart separately to avoid confusion.

Step 3: Send us your seamless file
Send your seamless file(s) to littleluxsboutique@gmail.com along with your order number. Please be sure there are no watermarks on the file(s) you are sending. We will send for the file(s) to be printed on fabric so we can make your custom item! 

Custom scrunchies are made to order. Custom scrunchie turn around time is approximately 2-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) due to printing time. Please be sure to check your files before sending them in. Files may print slightly different than they appear on your screen. Returns/refunds on customs are not accepted. We will gladly exchange for any flaws or errors to the scrunchie, not the print - Little Lux's Boutique is not responsible for how a file is printed. Files we receive will never be saved or reused.
